What methods can I use to pay for pest control services online?
Gannon Pest Control makes it easy to pay for pest control in the manner that suits your needs best. You can pay your bills in one of six ways:
- Direct bank transfer
- American Express

Can I make partial payments for my pest control services?
Yes. However, we do require a down payment and a credit card on file so we can make charges on the agreed upon dates.
If you’re uncomfortable doing this online, we can take your payment by phone instead. Just give us a call today to get started.
What do I put in for an invoice number if I am prepaying for service online?
You have two options:
- If you have it on hand, you can use your work order number to fill in the blank.
- You can add the type of service you received, such as ‘bee service,’ ‘ant service,’ or ‘roach service.’
If you are prepaying for your annual Spring Preventative Services, just enter ‘Pre-Season Special’ in the invoice field. Our team will take care of the rest!
What if I enter the wrong credit card info? Can I get a refund?
For credit card refunds, please call the Gannon Pest Control office to speak with an office representative.
Do I have to use your online system to pay my pest control bill?
No. Our online ConveniencePay (CPay) system is 100% voluntary. If you do choose to pay online, you can either enroll for recurring charges (if you’re making installation payments) or make a one-time payment with the method of your choice. If you don’t want to pay online at all, you can call our office directly.
How do I unenroll from your online bill pay system?
All you have to do is contact us directly and let us know you’re ready to unsubscribe. You’re welcome to send a letter to our office, call our team, or send an email or contact form. One of our professionals will update your record within ten business days.
